When we went on game drive two days ago we had to follow the lioness through the bushes,oh!what a strong smell came as we crushing over the bush,the smell you cannot ignore at all.A “wild basil” little herb is best known for its aromantic qualities,easy to recognise by its erect,hairy stems and spiked inflorescences even when dry.Wild basil leaves are a perfect substitute for tea and dried or powdered leaves if put on hot coal and inhaled will help to open air passages and relieve chest coughs.
